VISTA Production & Shipping Update

First of all, we would like to sincerely thank all filmmakers and users around the world for the incredible support and attention given to Kinefinity VISTA since its launch.

Since its release, VISTA has received an overwhelming response from the market, with demand exceeding our initial expectations. We truly appreciate the trust and enthusiasm from our users, and we understand that many customers are eager to receive their cameras and start creating with VISTA.

However, due to ongoing changes in the global supply chain environment, including increased costs and limited availability of certain electronic components, the supply lead time for some materials has exceeded our expectations. As a result, our current production capacity is temporarily unable to fully meet the originally planned delivery schedule, and the shipping timeline for all VISTA orders will be extended.

We sincerely apologize for the waiting time and inconvenience this may cause, and we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Our team is actively working closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to improve production capacity and accelerate deliveries, while ensuring that every VISTA continues to meet the quality standards that Kinefinity is committed to.

According to our current production plan, VISTA shipments are expected to gradually increase from mid-August, with overall delivery capacity improving as production ramps up. Customers with existing orders will receive updates through their local dealers or Kinefinity representatives once more specific shipping information becomes available.

We understand that many filmmakers have planned upcoming projects around the arrival of their VISTA cameras, and we truly value the expectations and support of every customer.
