Fill the form and submit the issue or problem of Kine camera, and we try to give you feedback in one working day (Chinese holiday may be different from your country). You need to provide following information to help us provide solution for you:

  2. Photos or video to reflect the issue/problem your camera have. Suggest send the video to us by wetransfer, or upload the video to www.copy.com, and share the link with us.
  3. Please provide us the slate.txt, bmp file, screenshot, or some original clips to us if your issue is related to the image quality. You can also use wetransfer or copy.com to do it.
