Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unopened and unused, in its original packaging — along with your order confirmation email or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kinefinity.com. Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide you with the designated return address and packaging requirements via email. Please do not ship your item before receiving our confirmation. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. For high-value equipment, we strongly advise purchasing shipping insurance.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you discover any defects, shipping damage, or receive an incorrect model, contact support@kinefinity.com right away with supporting photos. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or special-configuration orders
- Items that have been opened, used, or show visible signs of use
- Equipment damaged due to user error or mishandling
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different model or configuration, the fastest way is to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
